How long will my order take to arrive?

We're experiencing a surge in demand, combined with some supply chain challenges, due to our shipping partners implementing extra safety measures due to Covid-19. As a result, it's not uncommon to experience delays ranging from a few days to even a week. We know it can be frustrating, but we promise to do everything possible to get your order as swiftly as possible.

On average, shipping times are now around 21 days, and if you're in New Zealand, it might take a little longer. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We're right here by your side, ready to assist you throughout the buying and shipping.

Use the tracking information provided after your purchase to stay in the loop. It's the best way to get the most up-to-date information about your shipment.

What if I’m unhappy with the product(s) I ordered?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@karrikit.com. Include a photo where possible. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): * If the customer would like to return the order due to a minor change or because the customer chose the wrong size/product, they will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please remember, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
